1. Go to your Office 365 sign-in page by visiting www.office.com
2. Click Sign in and once redirected to the Sign in option, select the Can't access your account link.
3. Select Work or school account
4. Enter your RFU credentials in the User ID: FirstNameLastName@RFU.com and enter the characters provided in the picture where prompted clicking next
5. In the Get back into your account menu select I forgot my password and click next
6. For verification step 1 select your chosen first contact method which will be used for verification. In this example Text my mobile phone which was registered when first signing into your RFU account.
7. Enter the verification code which is sent to your mobile.
8. For verification step 2 select your chosen second contact method which will be used for verification. In this example Email my alternate email which was registered when first signing into your RFU account.
9. Verify your details once more and you will be redirected to the Choose a new password screen
10. After entering your new password you will be presented with the successful password reset screen.
11. Visit SCRUM and choose Sign In. You will then be prompted to enter your Rugby Football Union Microsoft 365 account:
